Last week I went to Tadoussac for whale watching. Lessons learned….

1.) August is a great time to watch whales , but

2.) the McGill Outdoor Club’s notion of a three-person tent is not the same as ours.

(And who the hell is supposed to sleep comfortably on that thermarest?)

Montreal is quite big but I cannot believe that it took me eight months to discover this new addition to Montreal’s public art scene. Montreal Graffiti Artist Jasmin Guerard-Alie painted this fantastic graffiti as part of a challenge by the City of Montreal. Martin Ujlaki has more about it.
